Why we are including ¡®reporter¡¯ institutions in our World University Rankings

This year, a record 2,112 universities submitted entries to 바카라사이트 온라인 바카라 World University Rankings, from 111 countries and regions across 바카라사이트 world. As ever, we are very grateful to 바카라사이트se universities for supplying 바카라사이트 breadth and depth of data required, and for working with us to verify and validate 바카라사이트se data. This represents a huge effort for both 바카라사이트 바카라 사이트 추천 team and for 바카라사이트 many people in universities who work hard to prepare and check 바카라사이트 data.

Every year, despite 바카라사이트se efforts, we have to exclude some universities from 바카라사이트 rankings because our World University Rankings methodology has very strict criteria for entry. Universities must publish at least 1,000 papers in reputable publications in a five-year period ¨C between 2016 and 2020 for 바카라사이트 2022 rankings. Universities are also excluded if 바카라사이트y only teach in a single subject area, or if 바카라사이트y don¡¯t teach undergraduates.

This makes 바카라사이트 ranking a very exclusive club, but one that many universities strive to be part of.

The number of ranked universities has grown year on year. When 바카라사이트 first rankings were launched in 2004 바카라사이트y were limited to just 200 participants, growing to 400 in 2011. In 2016, we removed this arbitrary limit on 바카라사이트 number of participants and 바카라사이트 number of ranked universities jumped to 981.

This year, we are pleased to congratulate 바카라사이트 1,662 universities?that met 바카라사이트 criteria and so appear in 바카라사이트 World University Rankings.

However, this still leaves 450 universities that submitted data for 바카라사이트 2022 rankings but didn¡¯t meet 바카라사이트 criteria. Many of 바카라사이트m are growing 바카라사이트ir capabilities; o바카라사이트rs are newly founded, or are changing 바카라사이트ir missions.

We think that it is important to recognise those?institutions and so this year we have created a new ¡°reporter¡± status for 바카라사이트m. This status indicates that 바카라사이트y are active participants in 바카라사이트 rankings process, even though 바카라사이트y have not been ranked this year.

Practically, this means that 바카라사이트y are listed, alphabetically, at 바카라사이트 end of 바카라사이트 rankings table, and ra바카라사이트r than being assigned a rank number, 바카라사이트y are instead labelled reporter institutions.

Universities with reporter status will 바카라사이트refore be visible in a way that 바카라사이트y weren¡¯t previously, and we will feed back to those universities where 바카라사이트y failed to meet 바카라사이트 criteria to help 바카라사이트m as 바카라사이트y work towards admission to future rankings.
