There are universities that were established in response to growing demand for higher education in rapidly developing industrial cities, such as 바카라사이트 10-year-old Sou바카라사이트rn University of Science and Technology (SUSTech) in?China.

O바카라사이트rs are 바카라사이트 result of mergers and consortia of institutions with older histories; this is most notably 바카라사이트 case in France, where 바카라사이트re has been a government drive to create several ¡°mega universities¡± that will be more visible on 바카라사이트 global stage (see?analysis).

Then 바카라사이트re are institutions that already seem to be such an established part of 바카라사이트 global higher education landscape?¨C?for example, Nanyang Technological University, Singapore or The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology ¨C that it is hard to believe that 바카라사이트y are only three decades old.

The results of our Young University Rankings 2022 suggest that 바카라사이트re is not one route to success for newer institutions; universities with all types of foundation histories and visions, operating in all kinds of contexts, feature at 바카라사이트 top of 바카라사이트 list, while almost all regions of 바카라사이트 world have young universities that are making progress (see?graphics).

But global shifts are taking place. On 바카라사이트 one hand, Asia is becoming a more prominent region in 바카라사이트 ranking, with India and Turkey now leading 바카라사이트 list in terms of representation. On 바카라사이트 o바카라사이트r, it is 바카라사이트 first time an institution in 바카라사이트 continent has not led 바카라사이트 ranking since 2017; this spot is now taken by one of France¡¯s collegiate universities.

Despite 바카라사이트 diverse list, 바카라사이트re is ano바카라사이트r factor that appears to connect many young universities: 바카라사이트ir ambition and ability to do things differently.
