Michigan Technological University

Located in 바카라사이트 heart of Copper County, once 바카라사이트 greatest producer of 바카라사이트 metal in 바카라사이트 world, Michigan Tech started life in 1885 as a mining school. It achieved university status in 1964. It has a 925-acre campus and a 4,000-acre forestry research centre in Alberta.

The university provides courses across engineering, business and economics, forest resources and environmental sciences, 바카라사이트 arts and technology.

There are more than 220 student organisations across sports clubs, music and 바카라사이트 fine arts. The university also has a strong network of sororities and fraternities that students can join.

Michigan Tech's athletic teams are nicknamed 바카라사이트 Huskies and regularly compete in 바카라사이트 NCAA Division II Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletic Conference. Teams include football, hockey, volleyball and Nordic skiing.

The university also publishes The Daily Bull, a daily satirical entertainment newspaper which prints campus and world news and The Michigan Tech Lode, an award-winning weekly student newspaper.
