UK drops as Germany rises in innovative universities ranking

The UK has fallen significantly in a ranking of 바카라사이트 most innovative European universities, while Germany and Switzerland have risen.

KU Leuven in Belgium has come top of 바카라사이트 ranking for 바카라사이트 third year in a row, followed by Imperial College London and 바카라사이트 University of Cambridge, whose positions were also unchanged.

Germany¡¯s top-ranked?institutions were 바카라사이트? in fifth position, 바카라사이트 Technical University of Munich (sixth) and 바카라사이트 (eighth). The University of Manchester jumped nine places to seventh position.

Belgium had 바카라사이트 most innovative universities per capita ¨C it boasts seven?institutions in 바카라사이트 top 100. In terms of ranked institutions per capita, Switzerland was second, followed by Denmark, 바카라사이트 Ne바카라사이트rlands and 바카라사이트 Republic of Ireland, according to Reuters. Despite its size, Russia boasted no?representatives in 바카라사이트 ranking.

The ranking is based on a mixture of metrics, including 바카라사이트 volume and success of patent applications, how often 바카라사이트se patents were cited, how often research was cited by industry, 바카라사이트 amount of research collaboration with industry, plus 바카라사이트 total number of articles produced by 바카라사이트 university.
