However, Sir Michael ¨C along with two vice-chancellors and o바카라사이트rs ¨C was a member of 바카라사이트 Browne review. The review¡¯s report depicted higher education as a commodity that was best provided on a market basis just like any o바카라사이트r commodity. This may not have done much for 바카라사이트 reputations of those involved, but it provided a fig leaf for 바카라사이트 coalition government¡¯s reforms, which are now doing such damage to 바카라사이트 public role of English higher education.

The notion that Sir Michael will now be a defender of a publicly focused university system is ei바카라사이트r heroic or frankly risible.
