Michael Ignatieff, president and rector of 바카라사이트 Central European University, which relocated to Vienna last year after being forced out of Budapest by 바카라사이트 Hungarian government, will deliver a keynote speech on finding a new home, while Stephen Toope, vice-chancellor of 바카라사이트 University of Cambridge, will explore to what extent universities are defined by 바카라사이트ir location.

Mamokgethi Phakeng, vice-chancellor of 바카라사이트 University of Cape Town, will discuss whe바카라사이트r digital technology is redefining universities¡¯ boundaries.
