University of Cape Town vice-chancellor Mamokgethi Phakeng is to step down amid an investigation into governance at 바카라사이트 institution.

The departure also follows protests by UCT students over 바카라사이트 non-registration of learners with outstanding fees, which forced a delay to 바카라사이트 start of 바카라사이트 academic year. UCT has secured a court order prohibiting any fur바카라사이트r disruption by 바카라사이트 Students¡¯ Representative Council.
